We received Pre-Approval today! The next step is Letter of Approval (LOA) from the Chinese Children's Welfare Agency. We have been told this will take approximately 2-3 months. However, there is no guarantee of this; could be shorter, could be longer. So, we pray for sooner! With the current time frame, we are looking at November to December travel. It could even be January! :(( Have any of you been to China in the winter? It's cold, especially in the northern part of the country, where Zoe's province is located. When we get to Guangzhou in Southern China, it will be more bearable.
Anyway, I'm not really writing to let you know the timeline or about winter in China. I'm writing because we have a video of Zoe! I've actually had it for over a month, but I could not post it until we had PA. A few of you have seen it, but for those of you who haven't had the privilege, go get your popcorn and enjoy! (Actually, it's only a little over a minute long, so you won't need much popcorn.)
Here's praying for the fast track to get my child, who obviously needs her momma to love on her!
